At first glance the one thing you can guarantee a buyer (or anyone for that matter) to notice when looking at your home is your FRONT YARD! You can take advantage of that crucial moment onlookers have when subconsciously deciding the overall feel of the interior of the home. Yes, you read that right INTERIOR! Here are some ways to make your front yard presentable:
Solar Yard Lights

Irrigation system- over-watering is just as bad as under-watering. invest in a watering system.
Mulch- add mulch to protect trees and eliminate the chore of trimming around the tree.
